J’adore this vintage craft book! Felt is one of our favorite crafting materials. It’s so easy to work with, whether you are sewing or gluing, and there’s something about the flat, bright colors that just makes us happy!
Is it just me or does it seem like puppets aren’t really popular anymore? Susie and I had tons of puppets when we were kids. From elaborate marionettes to commercially produced puppets (I loved my Kermit the Frog one!) to homemade ones that we crafted out of paper lunch bags or socks, we loved them all.
The puppet projects in this book are very easy and straight forward. A stack of colored felt, some scissors and glue and you can make your own cast of characters. Puppet show time!

Ooh… that looks like a fun book! I’m not sure why puppets aren’t all that popular anymore. I loved playing with them as a kid!

I remember being in the emergency room at the hospital when I was in 2nd grade (an unfortunate accident with a terranium) and I was crying and the nurses gave me a puppet to keep. It was a cow puppet. I still have it somewhere.
But I remember being thrilled to get another puppet!

Hi Sally,
There are many stores and companies with similar names like ours. When we started out 17 years ago that was not the case. While the store you reference in Virginia does carry stationery it is far from the same thing! All of our products are designed and produced by us.
We hope that you enjoy shopping at OUR webstore!
