If you read yesterday’s post, I mentioned an invite my friend Angela had created using papel picado imagery. She read the post last night and gave me the go ahead to post it here on Make Something Happy. The invite was for a wedding reception for a couple, Hilary and Rob, that were married in [...] April 28th, 2010

After all, who doesn’t like getting a little something for free? I’ve been a little obsessed with fluorescent pink lately. I bought [...] January 18th, 2010
Recently, I was driving to work along my usual route when I noticed some major remodeling going on at a local dive bar. There were dumpsters lined up in the parking lot and piles of debris being hauled out by the workers. Over the next few days I watched each morning as [...] November 24th, 2009
While I love baking from scratch, I like to keep a few quickie baking solutions on hand since I am often pressed for time during the holidays. Some unexpected visitors drop by after dinner? No problem, I can whip up some treats in under 30 minutes. One of my favorite quickie [...] |
